Little.

Since the next part is going to be of the hallway I thought I would pop a picture of the "Before". This picture was taken after we had gotten the keys to the house for the first time.


It is the view from the kitchen down the hallway to the front door (where the previous wall was just built).

When removing the plaster to get to the outside wall, they notice tiles..

Kitchen tiles to be exact! There was the removal of the arch that you can see in the before picture, the ceiling, and the building of a new wall that now looks something like this:



So as you can see, things are becoming less lumpy, more smooth and more solid.

The last thing I'm going to touch on here is my mothers beloved fireplace. I love a good warm fire and whatnot, but it just doesn't fit in the center of our new kitchen so away it had to go! Also as a note, the fireplace was not being used and was gas powered. A quick before picture:

I think thats it for now, as for my health, we will be stopping antibiotics tomorrow morning and then we see how I react to that. My sister arrives tomorrow with her itty bitty belly baby so I'll be busy for the next week. Hope everyone is doing well.
