"A few days from now marks 4 months on the list, and 4 months til my wedding. I wonder which event will come first?"
The transplant came first. My wedding was postponed until June 1st 2013 (from August 18th 2012). The transplant was really difficult and I was really scared. I had two complications and it was the first time in my life that I had hallucinations that lasted for weeks.
This doesn't apply anymore. I am happy, healthy, vibrant, independant and mostly care free. I see a doctor every 3 months to tweak meds and then I go home. I started school and am learning Dutch, I hate it but I absolutely love it. Davy and I are married and we have a dog. I traveled to Iceland and Northern Ireland. I have 3 nieces now and another niece or nephew on the way. I think thats enough for now, transplant next I think.
